making your own modern dolls house car seat.

well as promised here is instructions on how to make a modern dolls house car seat. as with the pram you need a lot of patience and the materials are roughly the same.

as with the pram you need to used cardboard, for the main bit, and just sculpt it into the shape you want,. its a bit harder than the flat main body of the pram so a couple of layers maybe needed, or you could use a little bit of very thin wood just to keep it secure. 

after you have glued it together you need to pierce 2 little holes eiither side of the cardboardm for your handle to be attached to. for the handle ive used plastic- similar to those plastic bangles jewlrey you can get, and shape it into poisition. a piece of elastic was used- i just threaded it into the plastic and then tied the elastic into the holes in the carboard. i then painted the cardboard(underneath) and then covered the car seat in material.

 for the hood its similar to the pram, covered by the material there is a piece of think wire at the front and again at the back. the hood is then glued onto the material.

Now for the straps- ive just used thin pieces of ribbon and cardboard in which i have then painted. along with a tiny piece of velcro so that it sticks together like a proper one- so that the child cant escape!
